I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated, which was excellent overall for a solo traveler, but the lack of a coffeemaker could be a downside for some. The absence of heating or AC wasn't an issue during my stay, but it might be a concern in other seasons. The bed was comfy, with one huge exception.

The rooms were clean and nicely decorated, offering a comfortable stay overall for a solo traveler, though the absence of a coffeemaker could be a drawback for some.
Service
7.0
The staff was very kind and helpful during my stay. They were attentive, but the repeated reminders about tips during breakfast could feel a bit uncomfortable. They could understand English, but there were instances of them shrugging their shoulders which was a bit off-putting.
Location

The hotel is quite central in Queretaro, making it easy to walk to the center. However, it's located on a busy avenue, which can be very noisy with constant traffic passing by, including loud buses. On the positive side, it's close to a lovely park and downtown, but the noise from an extractor of air in front of the hotel can be incredibly disruptive, making it impossible to sleep peacefully.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was okay but fell short of expectations. The breakfast included only basic items like eggs, fruits, and a watery juice, which wasn't very satisfying. It was noted that vegetarian and vegan dishes were available, but the overall variety and quality were less good than average.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities were decent, offering standard services like room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundary, and tours/ticket assistance.
