I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated, which was excellent overall for a solo traveler, but the lack of a coffeemaker could be a downside for some. The absence of heating or AC wasn't an issue during my stay, but it might be a concern in other seasons. The bed was comfy, with one huge exception.

The hotel is quite central in Queretaro, making it easy to walk to the center. However, it's located on a busy avenue, which can be very noisy with constant traffic passing by, including loud buses. On the positive side, it's close to a lovely park and downtown, but the noise from an extractor of air in front of the hotel can be incredibly disruptive, making it impossible to sleep peacefully.
